Dashboards

A dashboard pins saved queries onto a shared board as live charts and tables. It is org-scoped: every member of your organization can open it. Each viewer's widgets re-run under their own access, so one member never sees rows another member could not.

When to use

Assemble several saved queries into one at-a-glance view (key numbers, trend charts, and tables) that the whole team can open.

Create a dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboards and choose New dashboard.
  2. Give it a Name (and an optional Description), then Create. You land on the dashboard canvas.

Add widgets

  1. On the canvas, choose Add widget to open the widget drawer.
  2. Pick the Saved query the widget draws from. The drawer shows its connection for reference.
  3. Choose a Visualisation: Stat, Line, Bar, Area, Pie, or Table.
  4. Map the query's result columns to the chart. What you map depends on the type. Use a Value column for a stat, Category and Value for a pie, an X axis and one or more Y columns for line/bar/area; a table shows every column.
  5. Set Refresh to Manual or On demand, use Run in the drawer to preview, then Add widget.

On the canvas, drag a widget by its handle and resize it on the 12-column grid; the app saves the layout. Each widget has its own Refresh, and Refresh all re-runs every widget. A widget's menu has Edit and Delete.

Plan and limits

Dashboards are a paid feature, gated on your plan's Dashboards entitlement and a Dashboards limit on how many you can create. Without the entitlement the page shows an upgrade prompt (Dashboards are a paid feature) with a View plans button that goes to Admin → Billing. At the limit, New dashboard is disabled and tells you the cap.
